Clarksville TN – The Nashville Chive Chapter will “Party for a Purpose” as they hold another unofficial meetup at Clarksville’s Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery this Saturday September 27th from 5:00pm to close. The theme of the party is “Save Second Base” to benefit Susan G. Komen.
The event is presented by Budweiser of Clarksville, and additional sponsors are Love Blood Ink Tattoo, Sapphire Vapor, The Joe Padula Show, and Clarksville Online.
“Our last event with the Nashville Chive Chapter raised almost $4,000 for Folds of Honor Foundation.” said Laura Thornton, Marketing Coordinator for the Tilted Kilt. “We are thrilled to partner with them again, and with support from Clarksville’s own Chive group and the general public, we hope to exceed that amount in fundraising for Susan G. Komen this Saturday. With Breast Cancer Awareness month beginning in October, we thought it was a great fit!”
As always, friends and customers of all ages are welcomed to the restaurant for dining as well as to view the UFC fight that night.
For the Chive Party, those 21 years of age and older can gain admittance to the Kilt’s party field for a $15.00 cover. Cover charge includes a keepsake armband, first draft from the Budweiser draft truck, and one free chance at a Chive prize package.
