Q & A With New Roswell Tilted Kilt Owner

January 27, 2012

Tilted Kilt on Holcomb Bridge Road is cutting the ribbon once again. Though the Irish-themed pub has been open for some time now, the franchise recently underwent a change in ownership and management.

New owner, Victor Beall, will cut the ribbon on the restaurant this afternoon, Friday, Jan. 27, in an effort to earn new business and “be a positive influence on our community,” he said.

-What made you decide to purchase Roswell’s Tilted Kilt?

Corporate approached me to buy this store because of my past experience with Tilted Kilt. I have been with [the company] for just over two years.

-Are you new to the Roswell area?

I am a Roswell rookie, but I was born and raised in the metro Atlanta area.

-What’s your favorite thing about this area?

I don’t know the answer to this one yet, as I am still learning the area.

-You have mentioned wanting to be a positive influence in our community, how do you envision being able to do that?

We, [as a company] like to be involved in community events and charities. I will be catering Killer Creek Harley’s events every month and we are about to do the Shamrockin for a Cureevent [at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Alpharetta].

-What is your favorite item on the menu that you think everyone should try at least once?

Gaelic Chicken. Two pan seared chicken breast served over garlic mash potatoes with a whiskey cream sauce, onions and mushrooms.
